Hide&seek

She’s finally got the concept of hide&seek down (though she still hides in the same place every time). When it was Brian’s turn to hide, he’d though it’d be funny to get inside her pack n’ play. When she discovered him there, she was MAD! And of course, we thought that was hilarious, which only made her more upset. She was reaching for her daddy (probably to throw him out, if she could), so I just put her inside with him. Well that was it - she really had HAD IT with us and the game was over.
We’re horrible, I know.

i just found your blog on the moms group, I'm new there and I have to say I've seen your blog on Jen Rouskas and as I was looking I saw that you had Brady and Jocelyn on there. I was like wait a minute, I don't know this girl, how does she have my blog (cause Mines private) So I looked on it and saw your friends. I just think its crazy that we have the same name cause neither one of the names are very popular. So it made me laugh. But I have to say I'm glad your in the moms group. I think your little family is so cute!! Hope to see you around!

So funny! It cracks me up when kids get mad that you aren't playing how they want to play! Oh, and my girls ALWAYS love to hide under the sheets on my bed, that is their every time hiding place . . . although, Eden has taken up just plain hiding from me, it amazes me how many little spaces she can squeeze into and then she just sits there quietly until 1. I notice it's to quiet (which usually takes about 30 seconds) and then 2. I have looked all over and threaten to put her in time out if she doesn't come out!! (Seriously, I can't believe how many times I CAN'T find her!!) Good times!

Oh, I took the girls to a swim class at a Rec. Center yesterday. When I told them we were going to a swim lesson with a teacher named Katie, Eden said, "NO!! We need to go to swim class with our teacher Chelsea!!" She was pretty insistant and then VERY sad when I explained that we can only swim inside because it's to cold!! (BTW, are you doing swim lessons in Provo this year? I am guessing not since you guys are in Vernal now, but I thought I'd ask. I don't look forward to telling the girls that you aren't if that's the case . . . they will be heart broken! :(
