TEETH

Now wonder she hasnt been sleeping well...
3 teeth just popped out today.
Not happy about this. If she bites me while nursing , I will be in a world of hurt.

Three teeth in ONE day! Poor baby! And yes, it hurts when baby bites. Everyone says you can train her not to bite by breaking the suction with your finger and pulling her off when she does...but that means she has to bite to be trained not to bite! OUCH. I did find that once Emma's teeth grew in a bit they didn't seem to be as sharp, or maybe she just wasn't as interested in testing them out. She's got four teeth and I'm still nursing, and most the time it's painless. So hang in there if you can!

Wow, I cannot believe that. I have never heard of that. That is exciting for her.

Hi Chelsea!! Long time no see! I am so happy for you and your darling little girl! Teething can be quite a headache! I happened across your blog cruising mutual friends' blogs. Now that I have somewhat of a life under my own control now I started a blog too. It's such a fun way to keep in touch with family and old friends! Stay in touch girl!

Love, Carisa

So teething really does bite and they do bite while nursing. When my girls did i immediately grabbed their checks and looked at them stearnly and said "you don't bite mom." They are a little sad but then I let them start nursing again. IT usually works, and they don't bite anymore. Hopefully this does not sound cruel, but biting is not acceptable!
