When Brian came home from work he looked around the house and asked what I had gotten done today. I pointed to Brianna and said, "look - she's alive and happy."
hmmm.... I think the tone and intention of Brian's comment has been misinterpreted. He asked me what I had gotten done that day in the same way I ask him how his day at work was. No offense given or taken. And my response was offered with a smile, sincerely feeling proud of myself for that accomplishment (which it really is - Brianna's an escape artist these days. Keeping her alive and happy is an arduous task).

That is awesome, Chels. Just made my night.
Thanks for the belly laugh. You rock Chelsea.
Amen!!!! ---Although...my husband would NEVER ask that question. Brian would not be living in my house. :o)
If Justin ever said that to me, he might be very sore for a while :)
Good comeback! I don't think my hubby would ever say that, but if he ever does, I will know what to throw back at him!
Miss ya!
