Brussels Sprouts!

I didn't even know till now that this is how they grow.
On a big stick!
Who knew.
I've always just got them in a bag from Costco pre-picked.

   I love to cut them in half, toss them with coconut oil and sea salt, then roast them on my cast iron skillet in the oven. Yum!
