Trying to fatten her up

Poor little Courtney has gone through a growth spurt- only going UP, not out. I can see her ribs and tailbone protruding, she's so lean. No bum at all. Wish I could transfer some of mine to her!
Spoonfuls of peanut butter mixed with granola and dried fruit should help, right? Any other toddler-fattening ideas out there?  Never had to deal with this before!
Of course she's still super healthy - rarely gets sick, lots of energy, good temperament, sleeps well.... So maybe I'm making a problem out of something that's not a problem?

When Connor was little and going through all of his allergy problems (=loosing so much weight) our doctor would tell us to add olive oil to anything we could -- spaghetti, rice, whatever he would eat. Whole milk too but personally I think the olive oil is better with it being plant based rather than animal based.

We had this issue with Madeline and it was always a topic at dr's appts. They wanted me giving her all kinds of fatty foods. I finally stopped worrying about it since she was growing, happy, and healthy. And she's still pretty tiny compared to other kids her age, but that's just how she is and probably always will be.

We had/have the same issue with Bekah. We utilize anything with a lot of protein. You have the right idea with PB. We tried the butter/olive oil thing but it didn't work 'cause she wasn't eating. period. You're a whole step ahead of where we were. Dips for all raw veggies, butter/oil on all cooked veggies. Then don't worry about it. Some kids are skinny. It's not like you or Brian are pushing obese in any sort of way. :)
