I wonder what the dollar value is of all the help given by Elders Quorums in moving ward members in and out. 4 of them with their trucks sure saved us yesterday!

Wow! That is nice! We've moved a ton over the last 7 years and have never once had the help of ward people...either moving in or out. It is always so stressful. I'm glad you had help. Cedar is cool like that. lol!

I am glad you are getting settled in. A pantry is a good thing. I hope that you love your new home and your new hometown.

Cherish - that is really sad! And weird too - cuz we've had help on every single move (spanish fork, provo, vernal, cedar) both coming and going. You just gotta call the EQP or Bishop ahead of time (like a day or two).

Lucky girl!!! Like Cherish, we've never had help and this move is no different, but that's okay. Randy prefers it that way...not me! I think our new neighbor though is EQP and has already promised us a posse when we get there. I'm jealous you are already in your house!

I am pretty sure it's priceless!

Funny, with all of our moves, we've never needed to ask for help from EQ. We've had family come (I have 7 brothers and 6 BIL) and with our move to UT, Andy's work paid for a moving company . . . I guess we are SUPER lucky in the moving department!! :)
