Moving

The following email was sent out too all the Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees in Utah and Southern Idaho:

From: Brutka, Richard
Sent: Tuesday, May 05, 2009 1:32 PM

Subject: Announcement

I would like to announce the transfer of Brian McKell from Rental Branch Manager of 4753 (Vernal) to Rental Branch Manager of 4765 (Cedar City) and 4769 (Cedar City Airport). Brian is leaving Vernal with a 12 month ESQi score of 80% and an operating profit of nearly $200/car; obviously this opportunity has been well deserved with numbers like that. The emergence of Enterprise as the only provider of rental cars in the Cedar City market as created a great opportunity and we are looking for great things from Brian in this newest endeavor. Good Luck and welcome back to 47S.

Brian would like to thank Michelle Azzaro for her assistance and commitment to his career these last 18 months while he pioneered the Vernal office.

Richard J. Brutka
Area Rental Manager

This post makes me so sad! :( I don't want you to move and I know that Addison doesn't want her best little friend to move either! We are going to miss you guys SO much!!! What are we going to do without you? Congratulations though! That is fantastic for Brian!

i really like cedar city. it's a small town but not so small there isn't anything to do. it's super close to st. george and relatively close to las vegas if you need to go to a big city. didn't brian attend suu at one point?

Amazing. Hindsight is 20/20 isn't it? That explains why the whole housebuying thing didn't work out! Meanwhile, Cedar city? Sounds nice! Congratulations!!!

Dinoland will never be the same without the McKells! Since I will soon not be able to "picture" you where you are, I'll be headed to Cedar City soon!
Brian, you have excelled in the Vernal opportunity and we are very proud of you! Will you please keep track of the Spokane opportunities :)?

JEN - you're actually the first person I thought of when I found out we were leaving Vernal. I'll miss you TOO! I'll never find anyone else willing to put up with me and Brianna every morning!
MARILYN - thank you (from Brian) though it's not really a "congratulations" occasion - it's a lateral career move.
JOCELYN - yep, Brian graduated from SUU. He's hoping that will be an advantage somehow. And as far as Cedar being small... it's going to seem like Las Vegas compared to where we're coming from!
RACHEL - don't remind me about those dang boxes... ugh
AMY - you're so right! If we had bought that house here, I'd be seriously kicking myself right now! Though we are planning to buy a house in Cedar - a mortgage is cheaper than rent right now there!
MOM - we'll have a room ready for you. Bring stuff to play with (you know what I mean ;)

Awww for reals? I'm so jealous. We were just talking about this at the yardsale...how we would really like to end up in Cedar City...so maybe someday I'll see you again! Congrats...I think you'll like it there a lot better...at least I would. Make sure to visit Kanab (it's not too far away) and think of me when you do...lol! And remember to look for a Gold's Gym pass on Ebay, like we were talking about. They have a decent Gold's there and lots of great classes. ;)
Oh, and the yardsale, after I subtracted the $200 I started with, we totaled $497. How about you? Was it at all worth it? I still wish I'd had more time to help you get your stuff out before it all went into full swing. Also, I don't know about my playlist thing. It must show you something different, because on my computer it all looks fine. Is it blocking it out for you? I'll have to look into it I guess.

Okay, so I have to admit that if we were transfered to Cedar City I would already be packed and ready to go - and jumping for joy...But...I am really going to miss you. You are one of the only girls around that I actually think is cool. I'll miss ya, girl!!!!
