Moving update

After weeks of re-posting on Craigslist, and a dozen emails from weirdos, we finally got our house in Provo rented out. I'm thrilled. So is our bank account. Months of paying for two homes was not fun.

The lady we rented it out to is golden - she's an empty nester who came to Provo to be near her youngest (of 10), currently attending BYU. She's a fulltime Family History Center volunteer from Layton with NO pets and wants a full year contract (we only want a 3 month commitment, then month-to-month, so we have flexibility in case Brian gets popped back to UT county). The best part - after touring our bare-walled nearly empty home,
she asked if it was going to get cleaned before she moved in next week. I was almost offended (we've spent hours cleaning), but I realized... this means she's a neat freak...which means we're likely to come back to a clean home someday! Now we just have to close on our new townhome in Vernal (which is taking FOR-EV-ER. Dang lenders).

Congratulations on renting your house in Orem. Yes, that is a wonderful quality in a renter--neat and tidy.
I hope your new home gets closed soon.

Whew! Sounds so worth waiting for - you won't know how to act though - not packing up Brianna and heading to Provo on Friday nights. Not to speak of the return Sundaynight trip!
