nope. I wish. Look at the dates on the pictures.
And - you know what our Provo kitchen looks like - this is obviously our Vernal home.
But she is acting more lively today. Not like yesterday where we didn't see more than two smiles all day long. Nose is still running like a faucet though. But I really don't want to give her the Children's Dimetap. Even though the pharmacist said it was ok in 1/4 tsp increments, everything online says NO.

Such cute pictures! As far as the nose . . . at that age, it is hard. I bought an electric nose suctioner, but didn't get it until after the girls were grown. (I got it when we started getting certified adoption again . . .) I haven't used it, but it SEEMS like a good idea. It is supposed to get the boogies before kids can squirm away! here's a link to the product (if it works . . .)

although, you may not get it before she is better . . .

Cute pictures. I love toddlers on their tippy toes...always getting into trouble. Did Brianna have a cold or flu? Madeline had the flu...it was very traumatic for me. She got over it fast, but it was painful to watch. Hope Brianna's feeling better.

mal - just remembered I never answered your question - sorry! Brianna had a cold, not the flu. The benefits of that are that it wasn't as severe as the flu... but the downside was that it lasted muchmuch longer - she had a runny nose and cough for an entire week. I'm scared of the flu - she got her flu shots, but I know it's still possible. Do you ever feel like just putting a protective bubble around your child til they turn 18?!
